Jennifer Laurence, Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietetic Nutritionist
Right Balance Integrative Nutrition
Jennifer is the owner and founder of Right Balance Integrative Nutrition. She completed her dietetic internship and earned her Masters degree in Nutrition Education from Immaculata University. Jennifer is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine, and the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is an expert in integrative and functional nutrition and specializes in weight management, digestive issues, food sensitivities, and hormone imbalance.
Jennifer has dealt with digestive issues, hormone imbalance, and food sensitivities for most of her life. In order to be able to go about day to day and control IBS-D, she had to significantly modify her diet, avoid caffeine, dairy, fatty foods, and anything else that might trigger it. The diet changes helped control the IBS but significantly impacted her life because of all the foods she had to give up. She could eat very little without feeling sick and feeling exhausted most of the time.
Frustrated, and wanting answers, she turned to integrative and functional medicine. She learned all about the importance of her microbiome (gut). It was an absolute mess from years of antibiotic use and a nutrient depleted diet. She learned firsthand the value of functional stool testing and the information it could offer. After following a gut protocol, she couldn’t believe how much better she felt. The IBS-D and bloating disappeared, she had energy again, and lost 5 lbs and kept it off. She became a believer in integrative and functional medicine!
Through years of education, she learned how all of her health issues throughout her life were connected. She understands the importance of keeping her gut balanced with probiotics, and protecting it by managing stress, exercising, getting plenty of sleep and eating an organic whole foods diet. Since becoming a dietitian, she has learned all that she can in order to offer this knowledge and expertise to you and to help get you well again. She is passionate about helping others because she has been there. She understands and doesn’t want you to suffer like she did or to just “give it time.” She feels compelled to bring her knowledge, expertise, and experience to you.
You don’t have to feel lousy anymore. Let her show you how.
Holly Murphy, Realtor
Budgeting Effectively
When a person is in the market to purchase a home, this is typically one of the biggest financial decisions of their life. Holly’s goal is to provide customized, superior service to each of her clients, while guiding them through the process from beginning to end, and beyond. Proper budgeting is a critical piece of any home purchase, and it Holly’s mission to help all of her clients prepare for financial success now and in the future.
Knowing that no one single approach is the right one for every individual, I keep that in mind when providing real estate service to them. I believe the eight years that I worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia in Banking Supervision and Regulation has provided me with an ideal foundation for my work as a Realtor.
Prior to joining the workforce, I attended the Pennsylvania State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business, with a Minor in Spanish. My financial skills give me a unique insight into how to assist clients in finding the perfect property, whether they are first time home buyers, out of area buyers, investors, or sellers looking to downsize.
I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and never left. My intimate knowledge of this region, as well as my experiences of having lived here all of my life gives me enthusiasm and a desire to make my home, your home. When I am not working, you can find me spending time with family, reading, paddle boarding, and traveling.
